质量贯穿我们工厂的每一道工序。从进厂原材料到最终发运，多段式检验体系确保每一件产品都达到严格的性能标准。

来料检验
所有原材料在投产前均进行化学成分分析、硬度测试，并对照材质证书进行尺寸核验。

过程质量控制
在每个生产环节实时监控。采用统计过程控制（SPC）方法追踪关键尺寸，在偏差演变为缺陷前识别出来。

性能试验
对装配完成的部件进行功能测试，包括球头摆动力矩、衬套邵氏硬度，以及关键件的疲劳循环试验。

终检与审核
100% 外观与尺寸检验，并按 AQL 标准抽检。每批次在放行发运前都会出具详细检验报告。
